- ViewCube and SteeringWheels Features - The AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009 ViewCube™ feature is an interactive tool for rotating and orienting any solid or surface model in AutoCAD® software. Orbit command, the new SteeringWheels™ tool provides quick access to the Pan, Center, and Zoom commands.
- Simplify Surface - AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009 features the new Simplify Surface command that removes extra points from a surface, including points that are in an external point file or database, without compromising accuracy.
