Terms and Conditions

The free support call is a one-time, single incident, technical support call with a National Support Center specialist. This call may last up to 30 minutes or until resolution, whichever occurs first, and includes technical help regarding a problem you are having with a currently-supported product only. If it is determined that your needs are better met with training or escalated service offerings in a specific area, your support technician will refer you to an account manager contact you for further help. Support for product implementations and network deployments are available only on a paid basis as cases such as these require a significant investment of time and escalation expertise that are outside the scope of the “Try before you buy” offering.

Our support team’s mission is to assist with technical problems you encounter with currently-supported applications. However, if you need training to better understand broader concepts or how features work, Avatech believes our professional services organization may better address your needs. They are especially qualified to help you and your organization determine what knowledge or services are required to achieve your goals.
