Enterprise Implementation Approach - A Four-Step Process for Success
When implementing new technology, it’s important to have experience on your side so you follow best practices and get the most from new FM capabilities. Our clients turn to us because we help them create the roadmap to success with our four-step approach.
1. Discovery and Planning
The discovery and planning phase helps to clearly define space and asset management needs. Avatech leads the effort to reveal strategic initiatives, functional requirements, reporting, and presentation needs, and will develop a course of action to meet these requirements.
2. Create and Optimize
During this phase, we configure the system to meet the unique needs of each client, including that of the table structure. We create new database objects, workflow, and required system elements.
3. Training
Education of end users, power users, and system administrators is integral to the success of FM implementation. It is our practice to prepare and deliver task-oriented, hands-on training for each user community. This process begins during discovery and planning when we help to identify types of users and processes.
4. Technical Support
We support you every step of the way—to resolve system errors, end-user problems, system use and flow, and with answers about system performance or use. Our end goal is to help you learn to help yourself—by developing in-house experts who will, over time, be your primary support resources.
